1. Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money back guarantee on the first payment of any paid plan.
Who qualifies
- •✓ First-time subscribers to Pro or Agency
- •✓ Request made within 7 calendar days of first payment date
- •✓ Account not found to be in violation of our Terms of Service

2. When Refunds Are Not Available
After 7 days
The guarantee window has expired. We encourage you to use the Free plan to evaluate MapLeads before upgrading.
Renewal charges
Subscription renewals are not refundable. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. How to cancel: Dashboard → Billing → Cancel Subscription
Annual plans after 7 days
Annual subscriptions are not refunded after the 7-day guarantee period. We recommend trying a monthly plan first.
Policy violations
Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations including spam or data misuse are not eligible for refunds.
Partial month usage
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time within a billing period.
Downgrades
Downgrading from Agency to Pro (or Pro to Free) is not eligible for partial refunds. Your downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle.
3. How to Cancel
Cancel at any time in 3 steps:
- •Log in to MapLeads
- •Dashboard → Billing
- •Click "Cancel Subscription"
Your access continues until the end of your current paid period. You will not be charged again. Your data is preserved for 90 days after cancellation.
4. Annual Plan Note
Annual subscribers save approximately 20%. Given the larger upfront cost, we strongly recommend:
- •Start with our Free plan
- •Try a month-to-month subscription
- •Switch to annual when satisfied
The 7-day guarantee applies to annual plans too — if you are not satisfied within 7 days of your annual payment, we will refund the full amount.
5. Payment Processor Note
Your refund will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank: typically 3–10 business days after we process.
For payment disputes: please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.
6. Email Credits & Extension
Email Finding Credits
Email Finding Credits are consumed when an email address is successfully found — whether through the web platform or the Chrome extension. Credits that are not consumed roll over to the following month and are not separately refundable.
Unused credits
If you cancel your subscription, unused Email Finding Credits expire at the end of your current billing period and are not refunded.
Extension access
Access to the Chrome extension is included in Pro and Agency plans. If you downgrade to the Free plan, extension access is revoked immediately and your API key is deactivated. No partial refund is issued for the remainder of the billing period.
Failed lookups
You are not charged credits for email lookups that return no result. Credits are only deducted on successful email discovery.
Refund eligibility
If you believe credits were incorrectly deducted, contact us at support@themapleads.com within 14 days with details of the affected lookups. We will review and restore credits where a technical error is confirmed.
